Congenital Superior Oblique Palsy Syndrome and Vestibular System Dysfunction (Abstract)

Otoneurological examination was carried out on seven patients with congenital superior oblique palsy syndrome. Central vestibular dysfunction was found in all cases with nystagmus dysrhythmia and disharmony at caloric testing, as well as by the changing direction of positional nystagmus.
