Original Series Description
The Wisconsin Project on American Writers reexamines and reevaluates American writing from many critical perspective: feminism, Marxism, psychoanalysis, deconstruction, and other illuminating theories of writing, culture, and history. The series includes books on “major” literary figures, books on voice to so-called minor or marginal figures—women, ethnics (all)—along with philosophers, critics, and other important cultural figures taken either singly or placed with significant groups.
