Case Report: An Unusual Presentation of Kawasaki Disease (Abstract)

This disease is typically seen as a systemic vasculitis in children. Characteristics include sore throat, fever of unknown etiology, upper body rash, and may have more serious involvement of the aorta and coronary arteries. It was first described in 1967 and has been identified all over the world.
The purpose of this case report is to describe a patient who presented with a left VIth nerve palsy secondary to increased intracranial pressure.
